These two were my first session back after Ruby was born. I’m telling you, it’s no joke going back to work after having a baby. I hadn’t carried my gear around in months, my muscles felt lethargic despite having worked up to it with nightly walks and I was afraid I had “forgotten” how to take pictures. Thankfully Kelly & Victoria were super awesome and I fell back into my rhythm pretty easily. We had a gorgeous evening for pictures. Victoria looked beautiful, Kelly was so easy-going, and they both have the best smiles. They were very easy to photograph and we got some really pretty pictures of their engagement! I love taking pictures at Frontier Park because there is so many different areas, literally hundreds of various backgrounds to mix it up. I tend to lean towards a handful of the same areas just because they always result in some of my favorite images but I always push myself to choose at least three different locations in the park during each session to capture something unique. I love how this session turned out and am so looking forward to photographing their wedding next year!
