Michael & Amy had a classic Catholic wedding on a beautiful Spring day in Hays, Kansas. There was not a dull moment with these awesome people – it was a wonderful day of laughter, joking and love.

Expansive Catholic church buildings with loads of white space make it easy to hone in on the emotions and to shoot in my favorite documentary style. A 70-200 lens was a must for this day. I was able to stay out of their immediate space and private moments and still capture the raw emotions.
