This sweet baby girl goes to one of the preschools that I take school portraits at. She gives me a run for my money for those grins but she is such a content little one. We did a cute family mini session at a local park for her one year milestone. Spring is right around the corner it was a beautiful evening with green beginning to peek out!

The white balance on my 5D Mark III went caput so a few days before this session my new camera came in from B+H. I had a hard time deciding between upgrading to a mirrorless or to the 5D IV. I ultimately went with the IV – I have an overbooked Spring between sessions & kids sports and honestly did not feel like I had the mental capacity to fully switch systems and lenses. That might sound silly and a mirrorless is in the future but I needed to go with what I know right now. Very happy with the upgrade, even happier to have consistent white balance 🙂 Happy Spring!
